Weekly Challenge ~ Valentines, Chinese New Year & Black History

Hello everyone, Neeri here!

I hope you all are doing well. :blush: Today I'm here with something that I'm sure many people have been waiting for: a challenge!

Yes, we are going to have challenges again, but we switched it up a little. We heard your about the challenges and decided that we would no longer have weekend challenges, but weekly challenges. I hope you will like it as much as I do~

Now to the actual challenge though! This challenge actually conists of three little challenges. You can do just one or all three if you want to, whatever suits you most. :)

Valentines Challenge

(You probably saw this coming, right? lol)

Throughout the Valentine's week there are special days every day, which are as following:

- Rose Day (7th)

- Propose Day (8th)

- Chocolate Day (9th)

- Teddy Day (10th)

- Promise Day (11th)

- Hug Day (12th)

- Kiss Day (13th)

- Happy Valentines Day (14th)

The challenge is to choose as many as you'd like to and to incorporate them into your journal. You have a recipe for your own chocolate? Make a spread about it! You are married and your partner proposing or proposing yourself? Make a journal entry about it! You want to practice rose doodles? Perfect timing!

Chinese New Year

The new lunar year for the Chinese will start on the 16th and it's going to be the year of the dog :dog: !

As you might know, dogs are very loyal animals. We want you guys to follow our companions example and show loyalty to your journal!

Make a spread dedicated to why you journal, your goals for your journal, why you love journaling, etc. Whatever you come up with! If you don't want to make a spread, you can make a blog post instead. ^^

This is good for both beginner and people who have been journaling for a long time. With this you can remind yourself why you decided to pick up journaling in the first place~

Black History Month

The whole month of February is dedicated in remembrance of the important contributions and achievements of black people.

Because of that we want you to find quotes featuring tolerance, acceptance and respect. If you think that's not enough, you could also make a spread about a person that you think is very inspiring or simply, worth being ed.

It doesn't necessarily have to be about black people, anything and anyone is fine. :blush:
