What’s to come for this Year

Hello Everyone, Isaiah the Classic Historian here and Welcome to Today’s Blog.

While I did discontinue the Coming Attractions series last year, that doesn’t mean that the series is completely dead as I still have some previews for the coming months. While I don’t know when they will release, I do have an idea as to what will come out.

Unfortunately I don’t have some of the edits ready for a couple of blogs. But for those I’ll explain which ones they are, plus four that are planned/in the works and afterwards I’ll showcase an edit dump on which blogs will probably come this year.

First up is a continuation from the SpongeBob Movie Collab between me and Bubbles as there will be a collab version of Sponge Out of Water.

I don’t have an edit ready for it yet but it’s ready I’ll have a separate announcement there. However the solo review for both films is still happening, which looks like this.

Then there’s the Off Topic Day Events. I got a few blogs planned for those events such as

• Dr Caligari: German Expressionism Within Cinema (Another Solo Blog from the Vintage Marathon)

• Oscar Micheaux: The First Major Black Filmmaker

• The Story of Dr King (The Only Off Topic Blog that isn’t about the Arts nor Trains)

• Leonardo and The Mona Lisa

• My Dream Train Room Volume 2

Now only two of these do have edits made already. The others are currently in the works.

Speaking of stuff in the works now it is time for ones that will have release dates.

Two blogs are currently in the works and will be released in April and May. Which are The Trivia Files and Memories of Thomas and Friends.

The latter of which is to celebrate The 80th Anniversary of the Thomas and Friends Franchise. The former will finally get out of production hell.

There is one more train focus blog that’ll probably come out in July. I’m not making any promises on it though, which will be Cartoon Themed Toy Trains.

This blog will be dedicated to three people: Britt Allcroft, David Mitton, and Tom McComas. Three people who not only create a piece of my childhood with Thomas and Friends and I Love Toy Trains but also inspired me to become a filmmaker and become fascinated with trains.

As for the first blogs of the year, there are two. First of which is Part One of The Best of The Cartoon Revue: The Third and Fourth Seasons.

The Second of which is a marathon review on various films by Dingo Pictures.

Speaking of the former, I decide to do a change of plan as I decide to have all of the research blogs and put them all in their own compilation with brand new material and blogs to boot. Kinda like an encyclopedia in a way.

Here is part one of that compilation.

Anywho those are the ones that are currently in the works. Here are various blogs that will probably come out sometime this year.
