Hello! My name is Suz! I go by she/her.

Tell us about yourself!

I am a junior year college student, who is studying to become a middle school ELA teacher. I am a poet and a avid reader. I tend to spend my days either at working at my front desk position, school work, or running club within a writing community. I love the color blue and all things cute. I have a bunch of siblings although I am sadly not close to any. Finally, I have been in a committed relationship since my first year of college!

Have any hobbies?

My biggest hobby is writing poetry. I tend to write about childhood and trauma. Lately I have been working on a poetry project about Oceanography for a poetry class I am taking. I don't often write full length stories but when I do it tends to have romance and fantasy involved.

During my writers block moments I fill my time with reading. I have always been a bookworm. I recently finished my 2023 book challenge.

I also enjoy taking photos most of which are of my cats (presently owned and ones that have ed). I used to spend hours following around my cats so I could get the perfect picture. Recently I have been unable to do so since I live on campus during the school year. I still get to take photos of my boyfriend's cat!

Do you have or want cats?

I technically have cats at my family's house. I don't get to see them much due to being in college, but I actively claim my boyfriend's. I have always wanted to be a cat mom and I am hoping in the future I can get a kitten.

What’s your favorite cat breed?

I honestly don't have a favorite breed. Most of the cats I have owned have been mixed breeds. I find orange tabby cats beautiful though.

What brought you to Cat Amino?

I saw a post of AF&E amino saying to to boost activity for the anniversary frame (I hope I am correct on this because I have been ing a lot for that reason). Even though I for a frame I am excited to get more involved in this community especially since I adore cats so much.

Any suggestions or for the community?

I honestly don't have anything to suggest. I am looking forward to being a community member here!
