Ideas for Community Improvements :sunflower:

hey! so after looking through the other amino's I am apart of, I have decided to include some ideas I think could improve the CDawgVA community.

1. Specific Teams

In my other amino's, there are specific teams who play their part on the amino. These teams would be ran by a individual who the leadership team would overview and observe. In need of help, this individual would come back and report to the leadership team. These are some examples I have thought of:

Scotland Yard

This would be another version of a patrol squad who will report posts, chats and people to the leadership team if they have broken any rules. By doing this, it keeps the community secure and making sure that everyone is kept happy.

Social Media Team

This team could be a group of individuals who try their best to on social media platforms in order to bring in new to the community. They would also post every once in a while to the discord channel as there may be individuals willing to be in both discord and amino.

Finny's Features

A possible team dedicated to recognising individual's posts within the community. If they like a post, they would tag it with a certain hashtag such as '#FinnyFeature' (for example) which the leadership team can look through and pick which ones they would like to feature.

Grell's Greetings or William's Welcomes

A team who's purpose is to drop a message on a newcomers wall to introduce them to the community. This message would include basics of amino and information on Connor.

The welcome committee is already made but I'm just gonna include it :hibiscus:

Extra team ideas:

• Alois's Artists •

A group involved with creating art for Connor and for the amino.

• Sebastian's Stories •

A team who writes fanfics or stories on Connor, Black Butler and any other anime he voices. No lemons.

• Ciel's Contests •

A team who make weekly or monthly competitions dedicated to Connor, random creative themes and the anime related to his channel.

• Mey-Rins Musical •

A team who either creates music, sings or is just talented in the musical arts.

These do not have to be all Black Butler related. Connor also voices characters within My Hero Academia, Tokyo Ghoul, OHSHC and Attack on Titan. These were just examples.

2. More Competitions and Raffle Awards

By having more contests and raffles, it may increase participation to the community. If people feel as if they're going to get a reward from their hard work, it can increase motivation. Some contest examples:

• Art or Writing Contests •

This is pretty much similar to the Challenge Me Monthly competition. But it would be lovely to have more contests in specific categories such as art, writing, photography and other.

• Title Raffles •

Once every while, custom titles could be given out either through raffles or given to people the leadership believe have helped or stood out.

• ______ of the Month •

There could be a suggestion post which allows people to comment down people to win a award for the month. The top 4 would be chosen to be placed into a poll and voted for by the community. These awards could include Artist of the Month, Writer of the Month and Butler of the Month which could be a person everyone believes is doing well for the community.

3. PSA's.

PSA's are a great way for an individual to get out what they're feeling and allowing people to have a voice within the community. These could be put into a Wiki all together or allowed to be posted as blog posts.

4. Roleplay Group

A lot of individuals like to roleplay on an Amino. A group could be created of the Black Butler characters and everyone is given a role, no matter if the character is dead or not. If people do not want to be a character from BB, they could create their own OC and still get involved within the community. This would be like the voice but roleplaying with each other. It allows people to be creative whilst having fun.
