Had me on the edge of my seat there for a good long while, but some timely saves by Binnington followed by Connor McDavid scoring the overtime winner sealed the deal!
Frankly the tournament was so much fun all around and the final game delivered in every way! Love the Allstar Game but this just hits different! Best on best, country vs country, man the Olympics are gonna be wild next year!
Props to Team USA, always an exciting game in the finals. Two absolutely stacked teams going at each other. Will go to my grave saying the Tkachuk’s are one of the best things for hockey.
Loved watching Crosby, MacKinnon, and all the other stars turn up and show up!
