I'm back with another wacky poem. Oh boy. I look forward to the time where I look back at this and cringe. Well I kinda do that already lmao. What's even better is that it's a love poem, cuz ya girl has nothing else on her mind but love. Ugh. Lemme just shut up already and get to the point.

While lines on the ice with confidence you scrawl,
I'm holding on to you so I don't slip and fall.
My free hand is sunken into my coatpocket,
That is also the place where I keep my rebel red.
The temperature had dropped way below freezing,
Causing us annoying and endless sneezing.
But we know there are less chilly times ahead,
When spring's morning finally rears its head.
I keep silent 'cause my mind is in disarray,
As I try to come up with an artistic way to say,
That the best place in the whole world is by you,
And I wish this moment could last forever on this frozen bayou.
You're my shiny-armored, bladed-shoed knight,
Oh, would you let me know your plans tonight?
'Cause I don't wanna let go of your arm yet,
Not when my heart's still writhing in your net.
