Traditional Tree

as i set up my christmas tree,

i looked through my box of ornaments

i saw a "|-/"

it made me my family tradition

when we set up our tree,

and listened to oh, ms. believer

we would laugh away our pain

as christmas came around

we loved to jam to tøp

and talk about presents

that is the traditional tree that i just set up

i my concert

with the yellow confetti and the blaring trees

but also i being with my family.

so i pick up the "|-/" ornament,

and draw two more lines.

it looks like "||-//".

i hang it on my tree,

and smile

the family and the band

bond us together in mind.
