Uhh if you're a non-southerner and you're wondering what in earthbread liver puddin is..um it's exactly what it sounds like- it's ground up Liver. It's a savory food commonly eaten with bread, rice or grits(hence why puddin is Sheirff grits's work partner/deputy.) Please ignore the fact that it really resembles caca..I swear it tastes good :,]
