Thank you all for your patience! The Staff have been incredibly busy updating the community and restoring many of the information posts/wikis, which will soon be posted. We will soon have some events planned for the community to participate in, but first we must get through the boring, but important stuff!

⎯⎯ ୨ Guideline Updates ୧ ⎯⎯

As of the change in management, the [Guidelines] have been updated! Not too many of the policies have changed. Rather, the Guidelines have been rewritten and simplified for better clarity and less lengthy reading time. It should now be easier to find and locate specific information.

There are some specific policies that have changed. They will be listed below!

➨ Warning/istrative Action System

Our punishment system has been simplified to the following: You can receive 2 warnings before getting striked, and you can receive up to 2 strikes before being considered for a ban.

A cool down system will be applied TO WARNINGS ONLY: If a warning was given to a member, and no new warnings given after a 4 months time frame, that warning may be considered to be dropped.

➨ Marking Posts For Real Money Usage

We have decided that it is no longer necessary to mark adopt/commission posts using real-world currency with “18+/Adults Only”. This will now be optional. Typically, minors should not have access to payment apps as they are purely for adult usage. Any s found to be minors usually have their closed/restricted by the system, or their s are opened/supervised by parents.

Even if minors do somehow have access to payment apps, we will not be held liable. That should be the responsibility of the parents. Additionally, it’s not a general practice in the art community to have to mark real-world currency usage for adult only – or to ID minors – unless it is for NSFW purposes & extremely expensive purchases, which is not expected to be present in this community.

➨ AI Policy for Adopts/Ocs/Art

As was already explained by our AI PSA, due to the recent rise of issues revolving around several tracing AI content, we have added to our Guidelines that tracing/using AI directly in your work is prohibited and will be considered fraudulent activity, especially if being sold as adopts/commissions. The PSA fully explains our stance on the issue, so please give it a read if you haven’t already.
