So the reason this looks horrible is because it is a rough draft of her new clothes design. She now wears a hoodie with a open jacket over it, she also wears her dead dog's collar. She wears finger-less gloves and torn jeans, along with laced boots. Just keep in mind her clothes change with her form as well. Hope you like the new drip. : )
She may be changed again tho, I'm debateing weither I should get rid of the slits in her mouth or not. If you guys would, just comment if I should or not.

The design looks really good and I personally like it! I think you should get rid of the slits cause it honestly makes me think of Jeff every time I look at it, and I'm sure you don't want that for your OC. Besides that's kinda overused for many marry sue/rip off Pastas. It's up to you of course!
