Asmerdin is the oldest known human mind in the Etherian Order, and the one personally reponsible for the origin of the Ænima that now exists widespread in the Etherian Order. They were also the former leader of the former intergalactic empire the Ænima inhabited in the Singularity and had been responsible for the invention of many of the technologies present in the Etherian Order up until this day. Asmerdin is said to be 1577 years old, having been the last known human to have been born on Earth and survive up until this point. Asmerdin is one such being that is weighed down by a great amount of guilt and regret, Asmerdin tells of how much of a arrogant and selfish individual they were as a human in the ancient past. They also find great guilt as when they were leader of the Ænima during the Singularity. Despite incredible advancements in science and technology, they described themselves as a cold machine that directed the Ænima with sheer indifference. Potentially leading to the Rift War occuring in the 2900s between Ænima.
Asmerdin is a android-like being that stands 5'5 feet in height, whose body is made of a phased metallic alloy that can take immense amounts of damage before showing signs of strain, and is capable of great feats of speed and agility before the use of psionics. They are by no means weak, they can handle twelve-hundred tons in both hands, move over six-thousand kilometers an hour and can withstand the power of multi-phasic weapons and briefly withstand djunction weapons and erasure weapons. But when enhanced by psionics they are a real terror to face in battle when they can adjust all of their physical capabilities beyond what they are capable of normally, up to a hundred times their normal capabilities, but not enough to withstand erasure weapons without the use of barriers. Asmerdin is using the only working prototype Psicore in their body, which has nowhere near as much power as modern ones. But it is so strongly connected to their mind that it allows incredible control over their abilities. Factoring in naturally high self-control, their efficiency and understanding of psionics is unmatched compared to many of the other of the Etherian Order.
The amount of control that Asmerdin has over psionics allows them to perform extremely precise moves with their abilities unlike what other of the Order can perform. They are capable of seamlessly and effortlessly warping the fabric of space around them to perform a feat similar to teleporting, but are instead changing their position in relation to where they are in spacetime without having to disintegrate into energy, and they do not lose their inertia, coined Warping. They are capable of manipulating and perceiving electromagnetic fields around them at ranges, as well as within matter and energy. They can manipulate these fields to affect practically anything within a kilometer to convert matter and energy between each other, telekinetically move matter and divert energy, form durable bubbles and shields of pure telekinetic force, create singularities that can either form Quantum Gateways or blackholes as well as produce pale Etheric Flames in large quantities and with great precision in combat.
Asmerdins more ive abilities firstly include that they are a natural singularity in spacetime. Meaning that there are no past or future instances of their existance in a timeline, making it impossible to travel to a time where they existed as they can only ever exist in the present. The memory of their existance can remain, but not their physical presence. They can detect time and space manipulation in a large radius around them, by Etherian standards that means they have a personal detection range of a single star system plus any nearby star systems as well as detecting incoming changes before they occur. They can also detect the specific anomalous fields that the Nightmare subtly create at a reduced range of only one star system, but can sense the tremors of anomalous ability beyond this at reduced accuracy.
Asmerdin can outright nullify and cancel temporal abilities within their range, and attempting to do so will cause them dissappointment in whoever had attempted to use such abilities.
In their possession is a pair of artifacts called the Starlight Blades, silver blades that have become iconic to the First Saint. These blades will ignite with a white light similar to Etheric Flames, but burn much faster and cleaner than what any Etheric Flame Asmerdin can produce.
Asmerdin currently is not present with the Etherian Order, two centuries years after the 300 Year Nightmare ended, they went into self-imposed exile to try and atone for all of their past mistakes and to discover a means of defeating the Nightmare permanently. They are a naturally curious being, and very rarely are they found to be impolite, and they are extrordinarily difficult to bring to anger with their emotions muted due to their current bodies limitations. They do not lack emotions, they are merely unable to express them the same way most others can. Physically or mentally. They do place immense value on other sentiant, sapiant beings and are nearly pacifistic in their treatment of them. Willing to defend those that cannot defend themselves. And teach those that are ignorant if they are willing. If they must be forced to fight, they will intentionally limit their power to avoid causing lasting harm to their opponant if they happen to be weaker than they, and avoid killing blows at all costs. But one must be an especially, truly evil kind of being to cause this Saint to deliver any true kind of wrath. Pray to whatever deity you may have that the First Saint is not made an enemy, for they will wish not to be.
