I'm not super new here and have been lurking about reading some of the posts. This is my first proper post!

1. What is your Name?

2. Which country are you from?

3. Name 4 genres of music you like.

4. Give 3 genres of movie you like.

I rarely watch films to be honest.

*Family (universal)

*fantasy

*documentary

I like some comedy too.

5.What is your favourite sport?

I'm not in to sports but I didn't mind watching the Winter Olympics on TV (in February) like the flips the snowboarders and skiers did and ice-skating.

6. Besides your culture, which other culture from around the world do you ire and love?

I wouldnt really say I particularly love and ire the culture of the UK - I'm not entirely sure what culture means to people here.

There are many countries around the world I would love to visit. These include:

-Amalfi Coast, Italy

-Greece

-Barcelona, Spain

-Peru

-Thailand

-Egypt

-Canada

I'm interested in learning about many cultures and also have a love for ancient history. I'm particularly interested in anywhere with ANCIENT STONE MONUMENTS.

Some of the temples in the far East look stunning to so I would say Thailand or one of the neighbouring/nearby countries. Some of the old Mexican pyramids look intriguing too. Ancient Egypt.

Tibetan culture. Unfortunately China has done its best to take what is important away from the Tibetans from what I have read.

I'm also fascinated when I learn about TRIBES across the world that live in a traditional way, much of it being the same as it has been for thousands of years.

7. Why do you love and ire that culture?

To add to what I've already said, the Far Eastern culture seems to contrast Western culture a lot. I'm quite interested in Buddhism. It seems quite peaceful.

Tibet

Again the religion and the landscape. What draws me most is the plight of the people there. Human rights issues.

Greece

Ancient monuments, the history of the philosophers like Socrates and Plato, the food seems quite interesting and the landscape, beaches and buildings look lovely

Barcelona

The architecture, mostly by Gaudi.

Peru

Macchu Piccu and I'm intrigued by the 'traditional' clothing I have seen some Peruvian people wear in pictures. I also like some South American music I have heard involving panpipes.

8.Do you love animes or any animation? List 3 of your favourites.

Not really in to it.

9. List your favourite food and beverage.

Unfortunately I have a stomach condition that means I have to keep my diet very bland and can't eat or try many interesting foods or drinks but as for foods, I am just going to say chocolate !
