   𔘓 ⦁ and I decided to listed them. Her modern

    𔘓 ⦁ interpretation flirts with many people, but

    𔘓 ⦁ those wouldn't count as love interest.

Joker

Harley fell in love with the Joker because of her obsession with him as he was able to understand her, even if it was just manipulation Harleen didn't see it and went with his madness, but it wasn't a lovely as he abused her for years. It's debatable to say if he loves her in his own way or he doesn't care about her, it depends on the versions as in some version he do love her, in "The Batman" series, the comic "The Dark Prince Charming" and "Batman Telltale S2"

In "Injustice" Harley's ending, Joker and Harley got married. In the "White Knight" comic Jack Napier propose to Harley. (It's technically isn't Harley but Jack didn't realize someone else took her identify so that counts.)

She also had with him children in "Injustice" and "White Knight".

Ivy

Their relationship evolved from best friends to an official couple as the two shares a lot of similarities. Also Ivy helped Harley to get out of her abusive relationship with the Joker and she gave her a serum that gave her some powers to protect herself.

Plenty of times they flirted with each other and were in an official relationship confirming that they were bi.

In "Injustice Year Zero", the two had a wedding in Las Vegas and in "Old Lady's Harley", Ivy is say to be her ex-wife after a divorce.

Nightwing

It's says in "Old Lady's Harley", he was her ex-husband.

In "Grayson Annual #3", the both of them tries to rob a rich guy for a particular item, they kinda bond over they gymnastics skills and Harley kiss him as a diversion. She describe it as the best date ever.

In the "Batman and Harley Quinn movie", they share a scene and we don't exactly know what they do but it's kinda explicit since Harley is in her underwear and noticed Nightwing's "excitement", but after an interuption they just tickle each other.

Red Tool

Wayne Wilkins is a soldier from the future, with a bionic arm and is a meta-human because of drugs. He is obsessed with Harley to the point of stalking and organizing a surprise wedding in "Harley Quinn #28", they never get married as Harley hated him but they became good allies.

Red Tool was a response to people shipping Harley and Deadpool, which became a quite popular ship.

Deadshot

Both of them are of the Suicide Squad, and they pretty much always flirt with each other despite Deadshot saying she's too crazy for him, he is totally the type of Harley. They always have some heated interactions in the comics and in "Assault on Arkham" too.

Batman

During "Harley Quinn Valentine's Day Special #1", Bruce Wayne goes to a charity event where the one who gives the most money wins a date with Bruce. Harley wins and at the end of the comic they have their date. In the comic they kissed twice and both of them dreams during sleep, to be married.

And they seem to develop feelings in "Curse of the White Knight".

Bernie Bash

It was told in "Secret origins", A kid named Bernie was her first crush she met during a Halloween party, they bonded over talking about criminals. He asked her if she could kill someone who would it be and Harleen said her bully. Bernie killed the bully, which Harleen found romantic, but he was sent to jail and was killed. She stole a taxidermied beaver from his house to him and she still have that beaver after becoming Harley.

Mason Macabre

"Harley's new 52 series" introduced Mason, a criminal with the help of his mother escaped. His mom lived with Harley and that's where he met her. Harley fell head over heels for him and the two constantly flirted with each other.

Rick Flag

They got a romance in the "Suicide Squad Rebirth series". Don't have much to say about it.

Booster Gold

Booster make an appearance in "Harley Quinn #72" helping her to find who murdered her friend. During the adventure Booster shows that he cares for Harley even saving her from guys trying to kill her. Harley starts to develop feelings and they share a kiss at a karaoke bar in the 74 issue.

Lobo

In "Harley's little black book #6", she found herself somewhere in space and met Lobo and the both crash in an empty island. They are very fast to be attracted and making out with each other. They fight with monsters and Harley goes back on earth and Lobo left her alone to see other girls.

Killer Croc, Catwoman, Tony, Frank Frank, Gary Busey's head

Harley in "Old Lady's Harley" got married to a lot of people. Some of them are just throw randomly even if we never saw Harley interact with them romantically. And like most of her comics, you shouldn't take it seriously.
