This is the awaited response to our previous post. We had some suggestions we needed to take into consideration and after all of the Mod Team discussing it together, we've decided that these answers will be appropriate for every suggestion.

"Allowing contests to be judged by polls"

After talking with the other s, we decided that certain kinds of challenges could have polls in them as we can't force other challenge makers to not have the free will of judging on their own If they want to. So maybe with some future challenges that revolve around the community, we may decide that the community needs to be involved with the judging too, so that we include polls.

In the future we will also try to make polls for the to choose what kinds of challenges they would like to do next or a post where you can suggest a challenge you would like to see from the Mod Team!

"Title after 1 year in DDLCA"

We think that this isn't a good idea. That's because many people become inactive after some time and If they come back after 1 year and see that we are giving out titles for those people then they are going to ask for those titles too, while they have been inactive for a year. The 15 level title and 100 streak title mean dedication to the community while the 1 year title may be taken advantage of.

"Adding more PSA roles/ community member jobs"

Adding more jobs for the community means less work for us and more work for other people that want to really contribute in making the community a nicer place. You would think that this is a really nice idea but that's not the truth after all. We are in a dying community with little to no trying to actually our current teams. The Source Patrol barely had any applications for it last time. And less work for us isn't convenient at all to say the least. We want more work to achieve some goals with our moderation points and If we don't have that kind of work then we mostly fail to do our own job.

"Creating a Mental Health Committee"

Neither the s nor the whole community are professionals at mental health. We aren't therapists and most of us are just teenagers with our own individual problems too. If you want to talk with people about mental health problems, you should refer to a therapist or a hotline. Many people could also take advantage of the Mental Health Committee and either discriminate people there with actual mental instabilities or fake their own mental state. And to remind people, we do have a rule about suicide and self harm that we do not allow people to mostly talk about that.

"Allowing to say goodbye to their friends before getting banned"

If you want to say to friends goodbye before a ban we only now will allow that for 12 hours and we will also closely inspect you in those hours too. But If you continue with the behaviour, then it is an instant ban. In that time you will need to assure that other friends have another way of ing you because we couldn't allow more than 12 hours notice.
