𝘖𝘤𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴

The water goddess hovers over the sand.

Her sapphire blue skin gleamed in the sunlight.

Nine crystal shards surround her waist like a corset,

and her short white hair was tucked behind ears.

With the whirl of her fingers, she conjures up a bubble;

tiny fish swim and multicoloured corals lurch within.

The goddesses' eyes light up in bliss.

She gently places the bubble into the ocean

and begins her incantation.

"I, goddess of the water and sea,

shall bestow thou bubble of creatures

to forever swim free."

The bubble pops;

living creatures burst out and swim far away into the depths of the ocean.

For all eternity, the goddess created sea life on the tips of her fingers.

Oh how lonely it must have been.

But she found solace in her tiny friends

that kept her company till the end of her days.

When the day had finally come upon her,

all sea creatures from the distant seas

came to visit her and let out tearful pleas.

The gods from above heard their cries

and with their divine magic, the goddess came back to life.

With the gift of immortality at her side.

To that,

all the creatures of the sea kingdom

were to gather and hold a great banquet.

The water goddess created new creatures by the day

and they would disappear into their world.

Happiness flowed into this ocean of emotions.

After millions of years, the goddess grew weary of her job.

She ascended to the heavens

and despair reeked amongst the kingdom.

With no one to help produce life

The creatures began to slowly die.

Before long, the last of the creatures ed away;

ending the entire sea kingdom spectrum.

It is said

that the goddess and her sea friends

are dancing and singing in the clouds

with happiness forever inbound.
