I think welcoming is important considering it's one of the first things new see and look back at to help them. I want to help out and guide our new as well as make them feel welcomed also poor igu is all alone and needs help

warm welcome, organized and easy to understand format, links to the mods, important links that'll be helpful; guidelines, community masterpost, etc.,

EST and I'm most active in the afternoon but I also get on early in the morning and throughout the morning for a bit
