『 The unwanted stress of affirming. 』

As someone that LOVES to talk to themself constantly (me :grin: ), I was practically ecstatic to hear from Taylor that talking to myself was also another way of affirming. Because I'll be honest with y'all, these past few days I've been so worn out with robotic affirming (still a great METHOD for affirming, I personally have just gotten tired of it) that I've been stressing myself out over it for no reason. I also feel when we try to affirm constantly, we miss the whole point of why we're doing it in the first place; to get used to the new story, not to repeat the affs over and over like a chore and stressing yourself out over if you've affirmed enough to get what you want.

It got to the point where it felt mundane and like a chore, which is NOT what affirming is supposed to feel like, it's natural, we literally do it every single day since thoughts are just affirmations. And after hearing that me talking to myself is literally the same thing as affirming I was like, "Damn I could've been doing it like this the whole time without the stress." Because I talk to myself a lot (started doing this like really young and I'm 20 now so yea.. been doing it for a while) I also tended to rant to myself about whatever was happening around me and I'm sure you can guess how that affected my reality taking in all of those complaints as truth.

So after watching that video from Taylor today I decided to just start talking to myself as the version of myself that already has what I want, so I went about my day just talking about all of the things I wanted to do and making little plans in my head (I'm wanting to wake up in "perfect life" dr), talking about my perfect parents, the wealth I have, etc. and it feels much more natural now. I kid you not, I can't even fall asleep now because I've gotten myself so giddy and worked up with this to point where it's hard to breathe. (yes I'm fine, that normally happens when I get really excited about something lmao.)

And no, you don't have to say everything out loud when you talk to yourself (unless ppl around you don't mind 🤷🏿‍♀), you can do it all in your head too, cuz when you're usually thinking, I'm like 90% sure you're not repeat one single sentence over and over again like you do with robotic affirming (again, still a good method, not say you HAVE to drop it). Even if you don't plan on affirming this way, stop treating affirming as some kind of chore in general, make it fun so you don't run yourself ragged, cuz I promise you that will not feel good in the end.

『 Your subconscious is ALWAYS "on". 』

What I'm gonna talk about in this section comes from Taylor's subconscious mind, watch that if you want a more in-depth explanation cuz I wanna just try to summarize in this post since it's already a bit long.

A lot of us put way too much stress on "reprogramming" our subconscious to the point where we start to possibly view our subconscious as something above us (I was guilty of this too dw), when it's.. not, our subconscious is part of us, it IS us, it was never anything separate from us to begin with. Or we put unnecessary stress on ourselves if we "didn't reprogram our subconscious enough". But you did, your subconscious is ALWAYS listening even when you think it's not, it's always working. Is your heart beating right now? Are you still breathing? You are? Exactly, because your subconscious is taking care of all that in the background so you don't have to, because I'm sure it would be absolute hell if we had to do all that manually...

But you see what I mean right? Your subconscious is always going 24/7, so it's also taking in your every thought/affirmation 24/7 as well. And I'm starting to become tired of the whole "your subconscious doesn't know what's real or fake" concept, it sounds so degrading to our own minds which are PART OF US. I'm mean, of course your subconscious doesn't know what's real or fake, because it's going based off of what YOU think is real or not, again, your subconscious isn't separate from you, it IS you. Nothing is getting in the way of what you want except for YOU.

And I know you might be asking, "Okay, but what about doubts/opposing thoughts??" Uh.. What about them? They're irrelevant and have absolutely no power over you, they're like every other fleeting thought that comes and goes. It's when you feed them attention that it starts to become a problem, so just let them . Acknowledge that they have no power and think of something else, because again, only you can sabotage your own self. It's sad to see people demonizing their own conscious/mind because of doubts when they've had no power in the first place unless you've given them attention.

Treat your mind with the same love you'd give yourself, self hate needs to get left behind real quick cuz I'm not tolerating it any longer. Don't disrespect yourself or might have to reach through the screen and slap some sense into you (but kindly 🥰).

Yes being delulu works here :) We talk to ourselves all the time naturally but in a negative way. When we start to think the opposite miracles happen :) At first it causes resistance cause we don't believe it but if we keep going and stop trying to force us to belief our thoughts the magic happens :) Like you said : to think as the person who already has it.

Further a great way are also complainfirmations :) " Ugh why my life's so perfect now? It's kinda gettin boring. I mean I ve always wanted to be in my DR but now that I am everything seems too perfect now. Honestly I kinda miss my problems umm not really but damn why I akways get what I want every single time? etc...

I am listening to YouTube Channel" High frequency Guru " you can check the playlist " complainfirmations " . It really helps me and I started to complain in this way with my words LOL it's working :wink:

If you catch yourself complaining about reacting to the 3D just acknowledge it say to yourself" it's ok I am angry now it's ok I complained than it's your superpower ') annnd you can stay in this Energy and start complaining about your DR :smirk:

And you don't need to wait to be in the complaining mode. Even if you are in a good mood you can do that . Anyway it's natural for us lol

I always thought the whole “your subconscious doesn’t know what’s real or fake” was kinda fear mongery. Especially from someone who has extreme paranoia. It’s fine if people have that belief, but nothing bad I’ve thought has actually come into reality. If I imagine a scenario of two people from a media I watched, that doesn’t just come to life in reality somehow?.. like it’s just weird to me. It makes people feel like they have to constantly monitor their thoughts. I really don’t think our subconscious is stupid

Like people fr treat our subconscious like a god watching over us, and also as something above us. Why would something we don’t believe happen just because we thought it? Honestly I don’t even think we will fully understand how our subconscious works, so I’m super tired of the fear mongering and people treating the subconscious as something stupid
