Here's a little post for everyone who feels stuck. A lot of people feel frustrated when they hear,
“Shifting is easy! You don’t have to do anything!”
(P.S. this all holds true for manifestations and desires as well.)
Because if that were true, why does it feel so hard? Why does it feel like you’re stuck? Even though you know ALL the steps (even if there are none) and doing everything right, but then why are you still here?
Here’s the truth:
Shifting is a natural process, but that doesn’t mean it always happens instantly.
(Yes, time isn't real blah blah blah WE GET IT!!! But we're living in the 3D so let's talk in human language and concepts for a while.)
It’s like growing a plant—you don’t see the roots spreading underground, but the shift is still happening.
ORRRR let me put it this way:
It’s like learning a new skill—some people pick up things instantly, while others take time.
Let's take a backflip, for example.
You can know all the steps: how to jump, how to tuck, how to land. But that doesn’t mean you’ll nail a backflip on your first try. Your body needs time to adjust, to practice, to get comfortable with the movement. Each attempt strengthens your ability, even if you don’t land it right away.
Shifting works the same way. You’re not failing just because it didn’t happen instantly. You’re practicing, adjusting, and improving each time.
If you’ve spent years being conditioned to see reality in a certain way, it makes sense that your brain needs time to adjust. It doesn’t mean you’re failing, it just means you’re shifting at your own pace. For some people, it means a few moments; while for others, it can be years.
Now some of you might ask (or maybe no one but me), ok but we don't need our brains to shift, or any physical matter for that matter. So what does our brain gotta do here with any of this?
Great question! Here’s how it works:
Shifting itself isn’t something that your brain does—it’s a process beyond the physical. However, since we are currently experiencing reality through our physical bodies, our brain still plays a role in interpreting and adjusting to shifts in perception, consciousness, and awareness. We can't just suddenly turn our brains off and stop being human because that's not what we've been doing all our lives.
Think of it like this:
Imagine you suddenly knew how to do a perfect backflip. But your body has never actually done one before. Even though you have the knowledge, your muscles, balance, and coordination still need time to adjust. Otherwise, you’d just fall over.
Similarly, when shifting, your consciousness already knows how to move between realities. But your brain has been trained to focus on this reality for your whole life. It’s used to processing the world in a certain way, and it takes time for it to stop filtering things through the old patterns.
This is why people sometimes experience:
- Doubt or resistance (because the brain wants to stick to what feels “normal”).
- Slow progress (because the brain needs time to stop interfering).
- Random moments of disorientation or feeling “off” (because the brain is trying to process new experiences).
Yes, you're the awareness. Yes, you are the big collective consciousness. You are God. You are a master shifter. You are the Creator.
And you're also this teeny tiny cute little human.
You exist here, just as much as you exist everywhere else. No matter how small and sometimes inconvenient, but this reality and 3D still exist for you. You can definitely leave it, or change it. But for now, you're here. And so are we all. You're not alone. We're all in this together. :)
So instead of blaming yourself, trust the process. Even if it feels slow, even if it feels like nothing is happening—it is. You are always shifting. You’re always moving toward your desired reality, even if it’s one tiny step at a time.
Be kind to yourself (and others). You’re already shifting, even if you don’t realize it. :purple_heart:
