Busy Week & Maxed Out XDOG Vest

Sorry I haven't been on this week, it's been pretty busy.

Went to the doctor today so hopefully the medication they gave me help with my congestion that I've been dealing with for 4 months now work.

Anyways, Asthe got an intense workout today and she really enjoyed it as usual!

I had been so busy she hadn't gotten to work out as much as she'd liked.

I finally upped her vest weight to 10% (max) of her body weight (she's been using the vest since January of 2019 so we have been taking it slowly).

She also used her weight pull harness today as well with 2 drag chains. So yeah, she got a workout today and was ready to go for all of it. After the workout she got her MVP K9 Supplements: Muscle Builder and Performance. :muscle: :dog:

Now she's laying on her bad ed out asleep. :two_hearts:

She's one happy and tired dog right now. :sleeping:
