Ice breaker

1. Introduce Your Pup! Post a photo or drawing of your dog(s) and tell us about them if you want!

•Karma:3 year old, FS, Newfoundland

•Beast: 3 year old, MN, Boxer mix(we think :sweat_smile: )

2. How did you come across or find your dog(s)?

•Karma was a re-home. I found her on an adoption website where she was posted by her original owners because they couldn't take care of her anymore. They originally bought her from a puppy store.

•I adopted Beast from my vet tech school. He came from Kentucky and that's about all I know

3. What are their likes?

•Beast loves balls and any kind of food. He's not picky.

•Karma loves fetch with any object that she can get, snow, and salmon.

4. What are their dislikes?

•Beast doesn't like the cold, rain, or snow. He won't go outside without a coat.

•Karma doesn't like being alone. She wants to be near me all the time.

5. Does your dog(s) participate in any dog sports or activities? If not then what kind of exercises does your dog(s) like to do?

•We don't participate in any sports yet. I'd love to get Beast into agility or rally but I'm not sure about Karma because I have suspicions about her hips not being good. Other than that they love playing in the yard and going on walks.

6. Tell us 3 facts about your dog(s).

•They both love attention

•They both love our cats even if Karma sometimes forgets they can't play with her like Beast can :sweat_smile:

•Karma in particular is scared of snake sheds. I found this out when I brought one of my snakes shed into the bedroom to show my bf and Karma smelled it and bolted out of the room :joy:

7. Tell us an embarrassing moment your dog(s) had caused. If you don't have one or wish not to tell us then no need to answer.

•We haven't had any...yet :eyes:

8. Where does your dog like to sleep? What position do you catch them sleeping in? Share a photo or drawing example if you want!

•Beast sleeps in his crate and Karma sleeps in our bedroom mainly due to space :sweat_smile: and to let the cats have the run of the house at night without dog interference. Beast mainly sleeps curled up into a ball and Karma likes to lay on her back with one of her back legs in the air.

9. What kind of dog gear does your dog wear? Post some pictures of your dog(s) gear for us (they don't have to be wearing them)!

•Karma wears a purple flat collar with a flower tag(plus her rabies tag) on them. We occasionally use a gentle leader for walks/training but I'm slowly transitioning her to a prong collar for training

•Beast wears a teal martingale collar with a star wars tag(and rabies tag) on it. I also use a head collar for him as well

10. Does your dog(s) know any tricks? If so feel free to post a picture or video of it if you want!

•Karma knows: sit, down, back up, leave it, wait, paw, other paw, high 5, and talk shit(speak)

•Beast doesn't know as much as we're still training but he knows: sit, down, go to bed, go home(go in crate), wait, paw, high 5
