There are three ranged weapons in Dragalia Lost. The bow, the wand, and the oversized question mark.

...Uhh. I mean, staff.

Anyways, I feel like those three are less diverse than the selection of melee weapons Nintendo has so kindly bestowed upon us; for instance, you can tell the difference between the axe and the dagger in almost every single aspect. Striking speed, swing momentum- both are easily distinguishable. Even the force strikes feel distinct.
Then we look at the wand and question mar- STAFF, sorry. And I'll be honest, when I first played Dragalia Lost, I originally thought the staff was just an element-specific variation of the wand. I know better now, of course- I can tell because only one of the force strikes is actually
capable of missing an easy target

an AOE (area of effect) strike, like the bow force strike.
Notice the smooth segue into the bow section? Course' you didn't, it was too smooth to notice. Now then, the bow is, in my opinion, the most unique of the ranged weapons due to its spread. The shot speed is also leagues above the other two, and the final shot of the combo stands out more clearly than the final shots of the others.
...The wand is still my favorite, though. I'm easily impressed with magic lasers.
So, what do you all think? Vote in the poll and feel free to comment your reasoning, or how impressed you were with my awesome article on ranged weapons! I "aim" to please (HAH-not sorry)!
I'd ask for props, but that's too much of a long shot (haha, get it? Okay, sorry for that one).
This is Capiron, g off.
Hope you were entertained, see you next post!

Staves and Wanda are really slow and boring to play. Bows are actually fun.

As a dagger main, I get what you're saying! But I do believe those two make up what they lack in speed by having a very smooth and graceful playstyle (if the player is experienced with them).

I legitimately think wand is the worst weapon in the game but I guess so.
One of my favourite units is a wand but i dislike the auto targeting of magic attacks. I wish we could choose the target more easily
Do you people actually read these things?
I usually give up halfway or just 3/4 of the whole post
