Max. altitude is set to 121m and max flight distance is 150m but Phantom 3 Standard declares maximum altitude reached at around 98 feet and maximum distance of 70 Ft. I'm not in beginner mode. Does anyone know any tips to address this? I have the latest firmware and updates and everything seems normal according to the DJI go app. This happens in some spot that I try to takeoff at and it doesn't go any higher than 100 feet. While in other areas, it can go as high as 380 feet with no problem (but it's was only 20 Ft away from the previous spot). There isn't much interference around other than a radio tower waaaaayyy off in the distance and a flag pole nearby (190 Ft away).

Your best bet is to move your position, recalibrate the com and imu. I i had the same problem but forgot how to fix it
I've recalibrate IMU and com in a interference-free and on a level surface area countless times.
