Balthasar was once a sorcerer who was dying. He some how place his soul and consciousness into a skull he has been sitting for more than 50 years in a dark cave. Until an unlikely hero finds him. (I don't know the name of this character it was 3 years ago) Balthasar is now proper on a rod at his request and is following This group of heroes.

He can detect magic and do just a tiny bit of magic.

Can possess golems and constructs.
