Galwe Nazgûl fan Theory

Hello, all. Elwë and I have created another written podcast for Galwe fan Theories on Nazgûl. What are the Nazgûl? Wikipedia describes them: they are Description introduced as Black Riders and also called Ringwraiths, Ring-wraiths, Dark Riders, the Nine Riders, or simply the Nine, are fictional characters in J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium.

There are nine Wring Wraiths, or Nazgûl as they are called by their Dark Lord Sauron. However, we know very little about what their identities actually were. Sure, we know that their chief was once the Witch King of a land called Angmar. We know the identity of his right-hand-man as well, and we know that at least three of the others were Kings of the North. But that leaves probably four Nazgûl that we just don't know anything about. Elwë: “So we know the witch king if angmar and a few others...but as the article says, I too think all nazgul were once powerful men

I also would say that all are kings at some point, who wanted to be very powerful...with Sauron they gained power.”

Galadel: “Ooooh, that’s a good one. Let’s say they were humans, how do you think they turned basically into immortal?”

Elwë: “Well, I think they turned to Sauron (or whoever lol xD) and he made them like immortal. Dark power abilities and stuff.”

Galadel: “Mmm true true. This makes me wonder how there life was like before. Like what made them want to do it.”

Elwë: “I guess they just wanted power. Old men, who reign somewhere, and just want to be the most powerful man on arda.”

Galadel: “Ah. I see.”

In closing, the Nazgûl are powerful immortal men that do Sauron’s work. But little information is known on the identities of these powerful beings. What do you guys think? Do you guys have different theories? Comment below! :grin:
