all leaders have to be able to be active alot. I'd prefer my leaders be good at putting aesthetics together like community themes and chat themes. I'd like My leaders to be able to be detailed when filling out templates. For my curators curators have to be active alot as well. Curators have to be able to deal with drama and people easily. Curators have to be non biased.
