18+ Role-playing rules PSA

This blog aims to bring an understanding to people on the guidelines about role-playing with on this amino inappropriately. Please read this blog as it is a strict rule with strict consequences.

Is it allowed?

The short answer is no. Team Amino forbids all forms of 18+ behaviour in the Amino app, due to the app being for 13+ year olds, by preventing this sort of role-playing, we are protecting younger people from being exposed to indecent images, thoughts, etc.

Role-playing 18+ is not allowed

Inappropriate stickers are not allowed

Inappropriate photos are not allowed

Suggestive talk/photos isn't allowed

This includes not only public chats, but private chats as well, you may not rp inappropriately in pms or ask someone to do it, this is regardless to if they tell you their age or not. Many people do lie about their age on Amino, as to fit in better, therefore we will ensure it isn't done whatsoever.

Punishment if caught

If we find someone has requested an inappropriate rp, there are 2 ways we go about it:

Level 1-7, we will ban instantly as their numbers are low, we can assume theyre only coming to rp indecently. You may on an alt , but if it happens again you will be put on a permanent ban, where we will ban every alt you with.

Level 7+, you will first recieve a strike and a message explaining you cannot do that. The strike will be a 24 hour period where you cannot engage in the amino, almost like a period for you to realise what it'll be like if we have to ban you for real. If you then finish your strike and try to be inappropriate AGAIN, we will ban you for good this time.

Depending on circumstances, if we know youre an older person intentionally going after younger people who are not at the age of consent, we may ban you instantly without a strike, as that is a whole other situation, but it will be explained in another PSA.
