frozen sour grapes

let's make frozen sour grapes!, we are going to need;

100 gr seedless green grapes

1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp edible citric acid

step by step: Step 1; Wash and disinfect the grapes. Just drain as we need them to be a little wet.

step 2: Mix citric acid with sugar.

and step 3: Place on a plate and roll until completely covered. Put in the freezer until hard. Enjoy them!!

Cinnamon Apple Pies

Ingredients:

1 pack of small BUITONI Wafers (160 g), 800g apples, 50g sugar, 30g butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, icing sugar and sunflower oil

elaboration: preheat the oven to 200ºC

Peel the apples, cut them into squares and fry them in a pan over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, with the sugar and butter until slightly caramelized

Fill the wafers with the previous preparation and fold them closing the edges with the help of a fork. Place them on a baking tray and paint them with a little oil and with the help of a brush

Once cold, sprinkle them with icing sugar.
