The Good, The Bad, and The In-between

Today I'm back with a submission for the #GoodorBad challenge!

I had gotten Ginger Breadhouse.

So first I had to decide if she was going to be good or evil. Which I soon decided that she'd be a vigilante with a tendency to help/work with the heros.

She had always wanted to be a hero, but because of her mother's background as a prominent villian she wasn't really given the time of day. So she decided to go by her own rules, help who she wanted and do it her way.

After a bit the heros did realize that she wasn't a villain, but it was a bit to late. Ginger was contempt with her role in the world and wouldn't change it one bit.

Powers

I like the idea that Ginger can turn anything she touches into sweet treats, but let's expand on that.

Let's start with her not turning everything. When she was younger with just a touch they'd turn, but as she grew she harnest her power to be able to not turn everything she touches. It a very mentally straining process and usually ends up leaving her with a bad headache or very faint after a long battle or day.

Because it's not really a good power for fighting, she turns a bunch of her enemies weapons into candy weapons to use herself, as many of them are difficult and need a delicate touch our the hard candy will shatter.

Though it's very difficult to ever choose what's going to be made out of the item. It could turn into any sweet treat.

Along with this power she needs to know basic fighting maneuvers. I'm pretty sure her mother would have taught her them, but she put her own twist on them. With a flare for dramatic and taking gymnastics for years she creates a very elegant, yet confusing style for herself. [Imagine it's a bit like Nightwing from Dc's fighting style.]

I also decided that her choker is actually a glamor charm. Which changes easily noticeable features on her just a but so it's harder to tell her civilian identity.

Design

Once I had everything else done I could work on design.

I know I wanted to make a civilian design and a "hero suit", but I wanted to make her hero suit a bit.. :sparkles: special :sparkles:

She has a lot of flowy bits to her outfit, though all of them are detachable. So if they are getting in her way or an enemy grabs it, the item will just unclip and fall off.
