T’sAC rambling

hiiiiiii

as the title says, i’ve been thinking about possibly bringing back T’sAC once more for when i get back into ever after high(note, i still love ever after high, but i’m not motivated to work on stories. i’m still fine with roleplay and whatnot).

the first few times i attempted a reboot, they didn’t have a lot of originality in them, aside from the “war aspect” and the “we’re destined to save the universe” and that gag. also, i would like to apologize deeply to apple white for ruining her character in that one chapter after zephyr “died”.

i also stole a crap ton of story plots from winx. ie: zephyr falling down that hole thing was stolen from season three ep 13, the cleaning punishment and the party w/ the monster was a nod to season 1 ep 7, etc. i want to do something that’s both original, family friendly with just a hint of a darker topic.

obviously, the original story of titanomachy is not ‘ever after high friendly’. my first step is to rewrite the story and figure out how everything comes into play. i’d also like to see if having the brothers grimm becoming involved would make sense. i also want to do a family tree that doesn’t involve a ton of incest.

next, i’ll be working on redesigns for the main three. i’ve thought of a lot of concepts for each of them, be it changing personalities, color palettes or backgrounds. no more whiny zephyr, no more lorelei only having black and purple for an aesthetic, and no more serena being made fun of for her injury.

i’d also like to mention that none of them will be as op here. in of powers, however, serena will remain the most powerful of the three.

now, i still like the idea of including other god kids in this story, and something else i’d like to change is the lack of mythos kids. i had that whole thing with the girls being the only ones to attend ever after and being the “sole survivors” of the “war”. here, the threat of cronos is more subtle and the kids get to live in peace.

the reasoning for the mythos kids being allowed to attend is through an exchange program dubbed ‘the mythos migration’. cupid was only an exception at first, but as time ed, she managed to convince the staff to allow more kids to attend.

the first chapter will be the introduction of the god children to the “normals” of ever after and how this changes certain relationships. some students are fond of the idea, others are not.

example, while apple is welcoming of the new students, she feels threatened by some of these students in of power as a god can easily overthrow a princess. however, raven is ecstatic by this idea and welcomes the new students with open arms. she finds herself bonding with some of the students who have questionable family relationships.

also, when this will take place, i am not sure. logically, it would make sense to take place during the third year. however, in the example above, i want it to happen to actually challenge the relationships between gods and mortals. it’s be like a “royals vs rebels” part two. that will be thought about a bit more.

finally, i would like to discuss familial relationships!

when i was writing T’sAC, i got the permission of several oc owners to include their characters in my story. while i feel i did most of them dirty, i want to give them another chance at the spotlight(and better writing).

most of these ocs are ones i sort of grew close with in of how well i knew the owner as well. like, lorelei has a ton of siblings and is especially close with a select few.

i’ll be making a separate post asking permission to use certain characters and will make a sign up sheet if you guys are interested to have yours be used^^
