After over two years of being apart of this Amino, I’ve finally created my first post! I’m a bit late, but I figured I should go ahead to do the #FTAicebreaker challenge, because why not? I probably won’t be very active, but I thought this would be fun to do.

As funny as it sounds, I discovered Fairy Tail after I found some of Rusky Boz’s amazing fanart. I thought that Gajeel and Levy looked really cute together, so I wanted to know where they were from. I never heard of Fairy Tail before that, but seemed interesting enough. I ended up loving it!

I binged the entire series from start to finish, it pretty much consumed my entire spring break. Totally worth it.

I first watched Fairy Tail before the final season was released. Since none of my friends at the time liked anime, I was embarrassed to talk about it. I lost interest for a while because of that.

Once the final season of Fairy Tail wrapped up, I decided to give the show another chance.

I managed to fall in love with it all over again. I realized that I shouldn’t be embarrassed about something I enjoy. If it made me happy, who cares what others think?

𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 ?

𝘐𝘧 𝘴𝘰, 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘺 ?

Evergreen is one of my favorite characters, so obviously, Evergreen x Elfman is my favorite ship.

I also NaLu, GaLe, AlBis, Gruvia, Jerza, and Zervis. I personally think Laxus is best on his own, but Miraxus and Fraxus are both cute ships as well.

The Battle of Fairy Tail and Tenrou Island I would also consider my favorites.

I like those arcs because they involve a lot of the guild, not just Team Natsu.

I picked the Grand Magic Games specifically because it’s a pretty long arc and it’s full of surprises. It was an amazing comeback after the seven year time skip.

Not gonna lie, Tenrou makes me cry every time I watch it. Imagine how the rest of Fairy Tail felt thinking the Tenrou Team died. It’s so sad! The Grand Magic Games was a great way to cheer everyone back up.

(You know, before learning about the Eclipse Gate and everyone almost dying.)

𝘍𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘍𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘺 𝘛𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 ?

Okay, the only reason this one is my favorite is because it reminds me of when the Thunder Legion was first introduced. It makes me happy whenever I listen to it.

Some other openings I really like are, The Rock City Boy (#25).

Honestly, I like all of them. The ones listed are the ones I would probably consider my favorites.

𝘋𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘦 ?

𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘶𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘺 !

I enjoy both, but I do prefer the anime. I think it’s just more fun to watch the show. Music, animation, voice acting, color; all of that just makes it way more enjoyable. Plus, I can have it playing in the background while I do other stuff.

Recently, I’ve been reading through the manga as well. It’s pretty neat seeing some of the differences between the manga and the anime.

𝘞𝘩𝘰’𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳 ?

:purple_heart: Bickslow :purple_heart:

Bickslow is my absolute favorite character, even though he seems to be the least popular among the Thunder Legion. Personally, I love everything about him. His character is just so unique, from his sense of style to his magic. (He uses black magic that revolves around souls, which I think is super cool.)

My favorite thing about him is his eccentric, yet optimistic, personality. He’s almost always has a smile on his face. He’s such a great character. The only thing I wish is that we got to see more of the Thunder Legion’s past, before Fairy Tail.

Mest is a pretty odd character overall. I think the reason I don’t like him is because he wasn’t really apart of Fairy Tail till after Tartaros. We just don’t get to know him as well as the other of Fairy Tail.

I was indifferent about him till the final season. Whenever I think about him, I just think about how he made Brandish stab August when Natsu and Lucy had it under control. His magic is super OP. Also, how he acts around Wendy is kind of weird.

(It’s been a while since I rewatched so my opinion of him might change, but I kind of doubt it.)

I can relate to Freed because I’m usually reserved and stuff when people first meet me, but once they get to know me, they see how weird and quirky I actually am. (In a good way, of course!)

I also pretty smart and I think logically like Freed does. Sometimes I probably think too much, but I’m working on that.
