Ex-vault dweller that slowly became a Ghoul due to too much radiation exposure. When escaping the vault he had his brother with him, however the wasteland proved perilous and the brothers underestimated the dangers. He lost his brother to the dangers of the wasteland very early on, due to this he turned to chems as a way to deal with the loss which in turn helped bring his downfall into insanity. Psycho was the main chem he took which warped his perception of the world.
Over time the radiation turned him into Ghoul and the effects of that made most fear him with that isolation doubled with his chem addiction only made him revel into the persona most people feared. A raider. He enjoyed killing and would kill even just for the pleasure of it.
He eventually ed a Raider crew run by an equally sinister Raider named Daryl Nox.
