While Damage is not exactly the first thing she needs, this is still a respectable buff since the magnitude is good for making her into a Burst DPS and is easily achievable (assuming your target doesn't have a High Ranking Magic Resist and God forbid paired up with Goddess Core) and not only that, the Charge and Cooldown Reduction is also helpful to help her NP immediately since she already has a 30% NP Charge, Multi Core capability with S1 and 2 along with Append 5 allows her to use her NP 3 Times in a row with Koyan

Thank God for this. Now he can freely do Any chain he wants and could still not decently hard. The Quick Buff releases him from his over reliance on needing to Crit and improving his NP damage, the Crit being 170% for any cards is self explanatory enough that he'll do Damage that doesn't make him feel like a 3 Star and the Star Bomb with Star Absorb made sure he can Crit immediately even if he's in a Team with people that would steal the stars
