Hello there everybody! I haven’t been pumping out much content because one of the thing I’ve been working on is a huge project that will actually have to be made into two posts! I also have to help my twin Elu out with a surprise post she’s making! By help, I mean do less than 1% of the work. Oops.
That said, I want to pump out more content, so I figured to make a parody of Eluceus’s series “The Flier Emblem Enthusiast’s Guide to ________” series, and I figured I may as well do this parody given Eliwood is Ninian’s most popular ship.
Ninian is my favorite character in the FE series, first appearing in The Blazing Blade, and then she made her way into Heroes pretty quickly as a playable character, and she eventually got her Bridal alt in May 2018. My is pretty much devoted to her, and I certainly enjoy that fact.

Now, before the review begins, I will warn you now. This will NOT be your standard Eliwood analysis, this will be in the viewpoint of a Ninian lover and how he works with both Ninians.

Onwards, to unite humans and dragons with this analysis!

To begin, his title and art are fitting, and Ninian would surely like it and agree it’s an normal Eliwood’s art. It captures the gentlemanly charm and fighting spirit he has, something that she fell in love with.
Rating: 10/10 Ninians.
Now let’s rate the skills!

Ardent Durandal:
Bonus Doubler on a sword. Yup, this is real. However, this weapon will rarely benefit original Ninian because of her notoriously low attack, and with most Bridal Ninian’s, he will also not likely apply this to her either. With mine? He probably would, but it’s safe to say that for the most part he typically won’t. That said, it can combo nicely with any buffs either Ninian may have for the third or fourth ally, or you could use Ninian to ensure allies three and four have the same attack for the double Bonus Doubler on both allies. For Ninian herself though? She doesn’t get much benefits.
Rating: 4/10 Ninians.
Rally Speed/Res+:
Both forms of Ninian love this! Her normal form is very popular to build up Resistance and Speed on due to her low Attack, and she typically uses Lightning Breath with Warding or Steady Breath (I prefer Warding) as her A skill. This will help prevent her from taken doubles, and add to her overall bulk. Bridal Ninian likes this due to her very popular and basic kit of her Fresh Boquet+ refined in either Speed or Resistance, Mirror Strike/Stance, and her Chill Attack with whatever seal and C Skill the summoner prefers. Overall, this is great for her!
Rating: 10/10 Ninians
Death Blow 4:
This skill only applies to Eliwood. Not really much to say on it.
Rating: 0/10 Ninians
Chill Attack 3:
This skill helps the survivability of normal Ninian skills and debuffs the highest Attack enemy, and with how high of Attack some units are reaching, there is literally no downside to this. In of Bridal Ninian I like this since you can change which one has it given her own Chill Attack 3 in her own native skillset (Coincidence? I think not) and once again improves her overall survivability as a whole. So really, you can have it on whoever you need the B slot for less between the two of them, and flexibility is nice! Obviously it helps the rest of the team too, but we don’t care about them here.
Rating: 8/10 Ninians
Vision of Arcadia:
This skill is actually a bit conflicting. With Normal Ninian it works and can buff allies, but sadly it will rarely trigger for her and we once again don’t care about any other teammates except for these two here. So she at least triggers the skill. Next, there’s Bridal Ninian and she doesn’t trigger this due to her status as a Tome Flier, and it’s relatively safe to say most people won’t have this end up bugging her. Mine could get these buffs, but obviously I would still need another dragon on the team for her to get it.
Rating: 2/10 Ninians
The Final thoughts:
Overall, I think this banner did Eliwood very well, but not for his main waifu. He does have some very nice synergy for the rest of the team, but not so much for the Ninians.
That said, that doesn’t change the fact that his skillset is ive, which is very fitting of Eliwood given how his character is, so that’s a win in my book.
Score: 24/50 Ninians
Verdict: At least he’s not racist like his son.
That’s all!

Okay I'm gonna have to stop all of you with your "Roy is racist and his dad is not" jokes so hear me out on this one
In FE6 Roy had to kill a big armored man (Zephiel) that was batshit insane and wanted the world to be ruled by dragons so he makes some gay summoning to bring forth another dragon (Idunn) to rule the world and do big armored man's bidding but then Idunn had to die
And in FE7 Eliwood had to kill a magician man (Nergal) that was also batshit insane but instead of wanting the world to be ruled by dragons, he wanted to summon them and kill them for "quintessence" or let's call it XP from Minecraft just so Eliwood could bring back a land where humans and dragons live in peace together (Arcadia)
and also saved boy Zephiel from death by the hands of Jaffar and Ursula only to have Zephiel go batshit insane in the future but ehhhhh we don't talk about that
The joke is that Roy is racist because of his Human Virtue Skill in FEH only working without dragons and beasts, and then obviously Eliwood’s Vision of Arcadia is the opposite.
Game lore is not factored, hence why this is deemed as a joke. Anybody who has seen or played anything in FE 6/7 know that Roy is in fact not racist, but that’s why the joke is so funny.

Woah, not what I expected Eliwood to sound like.
Tru Tru
This is the most innocent shitpost/parody I’ve ever seen.
This post? 9/10. Because I need more Ninians.
Just because.
