On one hand, chance of getting Odd Attack Wave for my Kagero. On the other, Halloween banners are just around the corner.
I currently have 25 orbs saved up.

Wait for the Halloween banner to be revealed (if it happens within the time frame of the banner) and if you want to summon for that, it's probably better to go for the seasonal units.
