Happy to see another person building Kaze. That build is extremely outdated since we've gotten the tier 4 versions of those skills. Def Ploy is a waste of a C slot for him imo and Barb Shuriken is better for spamming specials if you're going to use it at all. Atk/Spd 2 or Swift Sparrow 2 are also better seals.
