Doesn't this mean you have every variation of Kagero in Heros? Also, is she your favorite FE character?
Yes and... yes? Personally speaking, it's actually highly debatable who I like most, because there are so many good characters in the series, but she's definitely near the top, if not the top.

Ah. Sorry, I meant in FE Fates. Not series altogether.
How good is she? I’m debating on pulling her for Flier Emblem (plus I just love her design) but I only have 50 orbs +Eir/HS!Camilla
She's basically a better version of Bestgero with wings in of offensive abilities and HP, with a minor tradeoff in Def and Res.
Compared to Eir, she's pretty bad, lacking the Spd and Res that Eir has, including a decked out kit that's pretty nifty.
I only recommend her over Eir if you manage to pull a +Spd or +Atk variant, and that's assuming the Eir is the same one we got for free. If you have a +Spd, +Res, or +Atk Eir, not worth it.
Naturally, that's not gonna stop me from using mine, because of course, but yeah.
