Ephlyon's base kit is already fun to use, but Galeforce makes them a whirlwind of destruction.

May I ask why would you give Raven wrath? He's not using a damaging special so the +10 damage is wasted and +1 cooldown doesn't matter when you could just use desperation + flashing/heavy blade to activate galeforce.
I agree. Wrath is for when you are using something like Luna or Draconic Aura, where its a damage boosting special.
