Mythic Hero friendly review + predictions~

I really hope that this will help a few people. I really hope so. It's a friendly review and guesses upon stats ^-^

Hello, everyone! This month we are offered a Mythical Hero. It is none other than God of Strength, Duma.

Alm where you at boy :eyes:

He is our first colorless armored dragon and boy isn't his art mesmerizing.

Art review:

While I it I do not know much of him because I have yet to play entirely Shadows of Valentia (though I know almost all characters and the summary of the story but not the entire gameplay), I know he is the villain and I consider that this art is as good as ever and does him justice. I believe he looks absolutely amazing and the entire art really gives the God aura. For a Mythical Hero, he does not disappoint at all. I am impressed and Yoneko served us with some good art.

Rating: 10/10.

Now,onto skills:

He comes with a Legendary weapon, Fell Breath, which grants him +3 attack and Atk/Res +6* if his foes'** HP is < than 100%, adding that the foe is unable to have a follow-up attack. To top it all, it calculates damage (if range =2) using lower def or res.

Overall, sounds like a pretty frightening weapon, but not absolutely insane. It is, however, quite a scary addition.

Looks like IS reeeeaaaaaally hates follow-up attacks lol

He comes with a new A slot, a new Solo slot, Def/Res Solo 3, which makes him even more bulky.

His B slot is Bold Fighter 3, which grants him the ability of a guaranteed follow-up attack, as well as a cooldown +1. Nothing new.

Lastly...his C slot.

IS, what is this.

And I thought Surtr was scary.

Dealing -7 damage at start of turn 1, that's scarier than Surtr in of damage. Pretty much it's a better Savage Blow 3, which has the power during anima season to destroy structures. I have no words.

Just imagine a full team of them in Aether Raids,Goodness.

As for his special, he comes with Draconic Aura.

Again, amazing art for his dragon form. I really am fascinated.

Rating of the skills: 9/10.

I did not give it 10/10 because I feel like the C slot could have done something else that wasn't a better Savage Blow 3 with the added damage during anima season in Aether Raids. That is just what I think.

Blue: Legendary Young Tiki, Dancer Ryoma, Kliff

Green: Legendary Lyn, Dancer Elincia, Brave Ephraim

FINAL THOUGHTS:

Overall, I say this banner is definitely worth summoning on, it features a lot of good heroes, including a new ~Mythical~ hero.

Finally Shadows of Valentia got a bit of attention ^w^

Duma seems like a fascinating unit to have and his art is pretty amazing. Whether you like dragons or armored units or simply Duma as a character, I say give it a shot for him. He sounds really interesting.

SHOULD YOU SUMMON FOR DUMA?

Advantages:

+ strong new dragon.

+ mixed tank you can have fun with.

+ Mythic Hero, which means new blessing.

+ offers new boosts to your heroes.

+good skills for inheritance.

Disadvantages:

- armored unit, therefore movement is limited unless you have Armored Boots or another armored unit has Armored March 3.

- he is a dragon, therefore he has a weakness against Falchion s.

- he is an armored unit, therefore he has a weakness against weapons effective against armored units.

- most likely will be powercrept soon enough.

AS FOR GUESSING THE STATS.

I believe that these work the best with the stats.

Because of his weapon I expect him to have a mediocre HP that can drop fast.

(Sidenote: What I meant here is that his weapon and C slot work together really well and help him more than enough, Duma not requiring a lot of HP stat, derp me, in the trailer it even shows he has 48 HP, ahem, just ignore the HP predictions :p )

As for attack, given that he comes with Draconic Aura it means that his attack must be quite high.

Low speed because he uses Bold Fighter 3, which grants him the ability of follow-up attack regardless.

Mediocre defense and resistance because they will rely heavily on buffs from his weapon and A slot, as well as buffs outside the ones he comes with, from dancers such as Legendary Azura, Dark Azura, Flying Olivia, or dragon/armor buffs.

Two words to explain this second prediction:

Bulky Dragon.

Just imagine all the buffs he comes with and then some more.

Scary.

This would make him extra tanky and in fact one of the best armored units out there, I just felt initially that these stats are too op, but eh, why not add them :p

Again, just supposing.(Haven't seen anything about them.)
