OC Debut: Neitah

A new hero has appeared at the summoning gate! Hey wait.... i've never seen this hero before! Where could she be from?

New OC: Neitah

Neitah is from a universe that isn't d with fire emblem. She's from an original story created by me! (which still isn't like. written or well thought out but moving on)

Neitah is married to the chieftain in her tribe. However, their relationship doesn't seem all that intimate. Wonder why that could be?

That yellow orb under her foot is a family heirloom that increases the holder's magical defenses in exchange for their mobility/speed.

Not too much is really known about her, other than the fact that her and her husband eloped very fast my after his first wife died. .......... the child they have seems... not entirely coherent. Neitah is extremely strong, and incredibly fast when not wielding that battleaxe of hers. Don't ever make her mad though, because she can hurl that axe farther than you think. She's scary powerful for such a young woman.

New Skills

Weapon: Guillotine (Mt 16)

Grants Atk +3. If foe initiates combat and Unit's Spd < Foe's Spd, Unit makes a guaranteed follow up attack and grants special cooldown count +1 per attack.

Unique Skill: Orb of Resolve

If unit's Spd < Foe's Spd, reduces damage from attacks during combat and from area-of-effect Specials (excluding Røkkr area-of-effect Specials) by percentage = difference between stats × 4 (max of 40%). Additionally if unit receives consecutive attacks and foe's attack type is tome or staff, reduces damage from foe's second attack onward by 80%. (Skill cannot be inherited.)
