Should I make skill tier list for arena?

A while ago a made this post, in which I asked how much do different skills affect the arena score.

After a bit of searching I found this.

The data it offers is not 100% accurate (and I doubt it will ever be, unless IntSys shares their algorythms with us :sweat_smile: ), but it does answer questions I had.

So based on the data I collected, the question is should I make a tier list for skills, that would show which skills are worth the most (or least) points in the arena?

(So a tier list based NOT on viability, just points)
