Following the trend of a tier list of day 1 heroes, this next tier list features all of the Gen/Book 1 New Heroes.
Much like the previous tier list this one isn't necessarily meant to be as thought out going off mainly memory about these heores. To that extent the placements aren't exact are in order of games.
Some units I kept flip flopping around when making this were probably Ninian, Amelia, and Tana being a tier lower as well as Eldigan, Deirdre, and Olwen being a tier up. Brave Roy was another awkward one because one shouldn't really go through the effort of nabbing him when Eliwood does everything with easier accessibility. But Blazing Durandal is simply an outrageous weapon so I decided to put Roy higher than similar units in the same situation like Karel and Eldigan.

EDIT: I forgot Ayra when making this tier list, because she was added in a weird way and thus wasn't in any trailers which were how I took note of who was added. She should be available for anyone who makes their own tier list now. As for myself, I would probably put her in S tier.

Alm - ↓He's not at the same level of threatening as someone like Elincia, Roy, Sigurd, etc.
Ninian - ↓We have cheaper IP options and she has less to work with as a dragon.
Y!Ike - ↓Nothing too noteworthy besides DC weapon paired with solid defense paired & workable speed.
Clair - ↓I have no ides why she's this high.
Genny - ↑Her refine is pretty good from what I .
Seth -↑Green counter, Spd tactic > Res tactic, and workable stat spread.
Eldigan - ↑More expensive Ares.
Ephraim being that low feels kinda wrong. He's been powercrept to hell and back but we don't have many infantry lances and his legendary weapon isn't too bad. His Atk, Def, and HP are fairly solid as well which are the main stats he's worried about.

Problem is we don't have nearly as many pesky red armors to worry about at the moment and her Atk isn't that great. You can use her to bait out Kempf, Duo Líf, or Eliwood I suppose but she would be killed the next turn after being left with little HP. There's also the issue of it being kit, team, and merge reliant. Reginn can one-shot a fully merged version using her special and Atk/Spd Solo at +1.
I think at most I would put her around B-C tier. A is a tad too high.

Caeda can at least be a hard counter to some of the most meta relevant threats right now like B!Edelgard, L!Edelgard, Gustav, and Sothis. She has resplendent buffs as well (giving her higher Spd, Def, and Res when +Atk).
Null Follow-Up isn't that common since many players prefer running a damage reduction build instead and don't have NFU baked into their weapon. Movement can be worked around similar to Duo Ephraim by simply giving him a Tempest skill. He may not be worth wasting a ton of orbs on, but he's certainly more serviceable as a unit than some of the other units in that tier. He has the advantage of a being in the limited infantry lance pool on top of that giving him more unqiueness than someone like Lucius, Sanaki, or Rebecca.

Yeah that's all true. I have her at +10 and she barely keeps up tbh

Well. Not necessarily. I wanna say that honor goes to Brave Alm who's Scendscale has no cap to it's true damage, one could stack it with Wo Dao + Wrath to get true damage in the high 30s.
The following is just me ranting about true damage wanting to share what I found:
•There's also NY Keaton who's ties with Mia while having a similar requirement just changing speed for def check.
•And then some more inconsistent units with no cap in their true damage being the legendary versions of Alm and Celica.
•Didn't fact check this one, but a harmonic lance Legendary Dimitri could probably sur or tie Mia/Keaton, but lose out to Brave Alm

Lol when I pair her up with certain characters and siegelinde she easily reaches

UPDATE- I got her stats higher than I thought she required so I still wouldn’t raise her higher but it was cool regardless

Dancing dragon, rare sure, but she's no good
On top of that, Nils is better, has the same accessibility and has a PRF.
She also gets outclassed by basically every dancer with a PRF or better accessibility tbh. The fact alone that she's a rare type of dancer doesn't mean she's good or aged well
She was another toss up for me. I feel like if I had her in B, I'd get someone saying she should be A.

Gonna be honest, I'd see no reason for her to be A nor B other than bias for Ninian herself. But that wouldn't suffice
She's definitely either C or very low B
