Wow. Eirika is Complete and Utter Garbage

For a long time now, I've always looked at Eirika as my go-to waifu, but recently I've been asking myself why I liked her so much and then I realized that she isn't even that good. Here are some reasons as to why I find her to be so mediocre:

Can't do anything by herself

Eirika buffs her allies, but for her to have any sort of use she needs to be next to her buffed allies, not to mention that if the allies get hit with skills like panic ploy or Aversa's Night, then Eirika's basically useless. Then we look at Ephraim, who isn't reliant on allies and is more than capable of holding his own. I mean his weapon guarantees a follow up which is very helpful.

Better units

As I mentioned before, Eirika's weapon gives field buffs which isn't a good thing since those buffs can't be stacked. Other buff-bots such as Marth and Male Corrin don't have this kind of problem since their weapons give in-combat buffs which can be stacked indefinitely and doesn't have to worry about skills like panic ploy or anything that nullifies buffs.

Inferior to the other female lords

Now I've talked about Eirika's weapon and how it works, but what about the other lords and their weapons?

Lucina: kills dragons and can be a ive healer

Micaiah: kills cavalry and armored units, res tank, and can heal to some extent.

Celica: offensive nuke.

Lyn: can be deadly when at a certain hp threshold.

All of these units are great for the front lines whereas Eirika takes a backseat and .

Not to mention that Eirika is the only female lord that hasn't won Choose your Legends. And I have no doubt that if heroes make it to another year then Edelgard will be one of the females to win CYL4.

Conclusion

It took me a while to realize just how bad Eirika is and I kinda regret giving her so much investment, but this just means that I can find a different waifu, a better waifu. So to conclude, Eirika is Utter trash, and if you like her, then you're trash too.
