Community Updates &

Hello all!

I know it's been quite a while since

many of you have seen me besides

when I've been warning posts or

popping in chats. I've been on a hiatus

for roughly a month, and I've been slowly

coming back. After taking a few weeks of

adjusting to being back on here and working

on some things behind the scenes, I'm

glad to announce that I'm finally 100% back.

Now enough about me, let's talk about

these updates that have been long overdue.

About a month ago our staff team

came together to discuss ways to

make this amino more lively, interactive,

and enjoyable for you all. We're very

aware of how much this amino has died

down compared to our peak in 2020, and

even more lately with being

upset by Team Amino's decision to not

only take away Amino+ hips

from those who use coins for that

subscription, but also using AI to create

their two latest frame and chat bubble

sets. However, that doesn't mean that

we can't appreciate what we still have

specifically in our amino, and what's to

come in the future! Do we expect to gain

more activity like we had in 2020? no.

That's unrealistic. But we would like to see

more friendly faces around.

--- Recent Updates ---

Icebreaker Post

In case you haven't noticed lately, we

recently made an icebreaker post for

you all to try out! This can be a way to

help others get to know you and it's also

something for our newer to try

out. So, if that's something you'd be

interested in making a post for, check

out our icebreaker post!

--- New Mod and Mascot ---

We are soon going to release a new

mod to hold new/updated PSAs,

along with many other things that'll be

mentioned below. On top of this, We're

proud to announce the hard work that

Maverick and Jagger both put in to

come up with a design for an official

mascot for this amino! We're ecstatic

to introduce them to you when we

launch the new mod , and

we'll eventually hold an event based

off of them!

--- New art games/activities ---

Coming soon, Maverick and I are going

to start hosting art games/activities such

as whiteboards, Gartic Phone, etc in the

Funky Artists Chat! We're still figuring out

how often these will be held, but once

we do we will make another post with

more details!

--- Updated Title Shop ---

For a long time in the past, people used

to complain about the current prices we

have set in our title shop. We originally

battled this issue by giving out free titles

as prizes during events, and since then

there haven't been any complaints to our

knowledge. However, we also know that

not everyone can/wants to participate in

our events. As a result (even though we've

been meaning to do this for several

months :'D), we've decided to completely

redo our title shop with lowered prices,

new premade titles, and much more

updates such as pronoun titles being free!

--- Free Title Friday ---

WHAT?!?!? FREE TITLES?!?!?!?!

Yup! You heard us correctly! On one

Friday each month, a post will now be

featured where you can request one title

and get it for free! During free title Friday,

you may only send in a request for yourself.

You may not request a title for someone

else.

--- Spring Fling Event ---

This April/May, we will be

hosting yet another event! Spring is in

the air, flowers are blooming, allergies

are hitting some people, and many

animals are coming out of hibernation!

What's not to love, especially when

you're frolicking through the flower

fields with your other half? More info

coming out soon!

--- Updated Guidelines ---

Last but not least on our future updates,

we will soon be updating our entire

community guidelines as quite a few

things in there are out of date. There

will be no major changes you need to

worry about! Just tweaking some things

here and there, adding our updated PSAs

and a few other things.
