:sparkles: Curator Duties :sparkles:

:white_small_square: Enforce the community rules by disabling content or profiles that violate said rules; warning s or reporting to leaders when appropriate.

:white_small_square: Find posts to feature for our front page, and suggest them to the rest of the staff.

:white_small_square: Attend s' questions/concerns/complaints in a professional manner.

:white_small_square: Taking ban appeals and sending them the rest of the staff to be either approved or denied.

:white_small_square: Review and approve/deny wiki entries.

You'll be expected to perform these regularly. We're looking for hard-working individuals who can help us keep this community running smoothly. We have a weekly minimum amount of work that you will be expected to meet.

:sparkles: Requirements :sparkles:

:white_small_square: You must be at least 18 years old. We are keeping this requirement as usual due to the fact that you might be exposed to explicit content while moderating; we legally cannot share this content with minors.

:white_small_square: Your must be at least level 12 and have a minimum of 150 days on thus said . This is to make sure our future staff have at least been in the community for a while and know about Amino enough to take on the job.

:white_small_square: Any strikes or previous moderating actions against your will affect your application. Feel free to a staff member via PMs if you wish to know your mod history.

:white_small_square: If you've applied in the past, you're more than welcome to apply again!

:white_small_square: We are aiming for 10 curators this application period, but this number may change depending on applications and interview performances.

:white_small_square: Please be advised that this isn't a paid role, this is a entirely voluntary based position.

:sparkles: How Applications Work :sparkles:

1.) At the bottom of the post, there'll be an application form with some questions. In order to apply for a curator position, you must press the link to the Curator Application Form answering the questions as truthfully and as thoroughly as you can.

2.) Once you ed a background check, we'll hold a private one-on-one interview; which will be reviewed by the leaders afterwards. Please make sure to have a valid form of ID. If your interview went well, you'll be put in a probation period!

3.) The probation period works as with any other job. After a month of being in the team, your performance and attitude during this period of time will be reviewed and we'll see if you fulfilled our expectations.

If you did well during your probation period, then congrats! You'll become a permanent member of the staff team.
