Please Read Bios

Hello there, we're here to address something we've seen many people bring up;

People not reading Bios.

It's understandable that people may not read them, so we'll address why we think it is important.

It is best to consider reading through someone's bio if you want to interact with them. Sure it may not be required most of the time, however, some people have vitally important information in their bio. For staff, it's especially important to look through their bio, as it can state their time zone and important info for anyone who tries ing.

Staff may be sleeping, busy spending time with family, or at work or school and unable to attend to messages. As such, reading their bio can help you find someone available to take your urgent case, without wasting time messaging someone inactive at the moment.

Many people are also not very fond of random messages from strangers as well. That being said, many people have in their bios something along the lines of "I will not respond to personal Private messages, especially if you are a stranger". People have seemed to be ignoring this at times and many s are not comfortable with it.

Many people have a lot of important info in their bio, so please set aside a few seconds to at least skim over someone's bio before acting like you know them. Everyone would certainly appreciate it. Some people may not mean to cause any frustration, but people put some things in their bio for a reason. And when it gets ignored, then they may certainly feel frustrated. You are not forced to read anyone's bio if you wish not to, but setting aside a little extra time to look through them maybe quite helpful.
