THIS IS MY ENTRY FOR THE JASONCLAW THEORY CHALLENGE.
So hello everyone this is my first time writing a theory so I hope you all like it!
So obviously this is a theory on Frozen and maybe Frozen 2. So I dont know about you all, but Elsa's Ice powers really bug me. And its driving me NUTS! But in 3rd grade I ed the science of Daltons Atomic Theory which says "Atoms cannot be created or destroyed" which can also go for Elsa in this situation. So with Elsa you can obviously see her making these things out of thin air. Which is not possible in the least. So with this evidence we can conclude that Elsa would not be able to use these powers acording to scientific theory. But what are the sideaffects you might ask? (Probably not). Well due to the amount of ice she makes... Okay so doing a bit of google research I was able to find Hotel De Glance, a hotel in Quebec, Canada, that is actually an ice castle! It is rebuilt every single year with 500 tons of ice! It is 18 years old so that would mean that this place has used... 9000 tons of ice! But that would mean elsa used 9000+ tons of ice in a few days! And 1 ton of ice is 32-° F meaning that 32° F times 9000 would be... 288000-° F ! Meaning that Elsa would be holding about 287905-° more than you need to get hypothermia! And thats 95-°! Also its 3031.57894737 times more than you need to get hypothermia!!! So unless Elsa can survive 3031 hypothermia attacks, shes dead. And there you have it! But hey, thats just my theory, my first theory! Thanks for reading!~

A good theory. But it’s full of flaws. For one it’s magic which is by definition doesn’t need to follow science. Also if we are assuming conservation of mass and energy it would pull water from the air and effect whether and Elsa would absorb all the heat either warming her up or acting like food and give her energy. Also the 9000 tons are over multiple castles. Elsa only has the one. She can also withstand hypothermia. “The cold never bothered me anyway “. But still you have a decent idea. You did some ok research. With a little more expensive and possibly a little constructive criticism from time to time, you could be a great theorist. :) I’d love to hear your next Theory
9000+ tons of ice? How do you know? I suggest taking a measurement from Elsa herself, then looking up the density or weight of ice, and then scaling, yada yada yada.
Also, I thought that ice was 0°C (or 32°F) regardless of the mass.
It is quite a good theory, and I wish you the best.
Jasonclaw for the win
Oh My Glob that was so good by far :ok_hand: 🤡 (I’m not being sarcastic btw. I just wanted to put a clown there.)
I'm confused. So you're talking about how much heat would be released when Elsa makes that much ice? Notice that it releases heat, so the areas around Arendelle would be burning. The only way I can come up with for it to work is that Elsa is a heat transfer maschine, like a fridge or a freezer, and those calculations require Kelvins to be used. Elsa herself would be fine because of a thing called heat distribution, the heat will be leaving from a huge area so over all the temperature would be 0C or 273,15K (idk how much that is in Fahrenheit) maximum, it won't all leave from her and all won't come to her if she uses the air to conduct the heat out of there.
And to note Dalton's theory, it kind of looks like Elsa is cooling the water in the surrounding air or freezing a literal body of water, if that is the case she's not making matter appear from a vacuum. That being said there could be a little bit of a problem with how dry the air is after Let it go.
.,.
So basically, you are claiming Elsa has to be suffering heatstroke as she would need to remove heat from the air, and possibly absorb it. Either way, Elsa is dead.

Yeah, but getting a more plausible way of dying is important to me, so I threw the idea out there anyway.
