This was a theory about the final choice in Life Is Strange.
The general gaming community was split 50/50 but the theorist community was less divided, in favour of letting Chloe die.
To work this out, Matt sent out a survey and asked theorists to take the Myers-Briggs personality test and select their result from a list.
Through this, he discovered that the most popular type was INFP, nicknamed the mediator.
People with this personality type are more likely to look at the bigger picture and pay less attention to the personal aspect of this choice.
If people hadn't gotten to know Chloe throughout the game, they too would have chosen many lives over one. However, because they grew to know and love her, the thought of deliberately letting her die was too personal, causing them to opt for the saving Chloe.
INFPs are able to look past that relationship and see that even with this connection, many lives are better than one and that Chloe truly was destined to die the whole time, that is why theorists were more likely to save Arcadia Bay over Chloe.
