It has come to staffs attention that people have been posting and chatting about other Aminos.
This has been a topic that has been debated in staff as for whether we can allow these as to; are they off topic, is it classed as calling someone out?
But it has been concluded these are not the types of posts or topic for conversations we want in the Amino.
So as you may have seen we have updated the Guidelines as follows;

[C]It has come to staffs attention that people have been posting and chatting about ot](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7124%2F389b2a758f5a7c735161b0f14ba39e2dc476b6dcr1-750-434v2_hq.jpg)
Why have we made these changes you may ask?
Calling out people can be a very hurtful thing and can create an uncomfortable atmosphere or can even lead to harassment. Now calling out Aminos can do the very same thing. Staff in an amino volunteer to look after a community and in their mind will work hard to do so.
Therefore, just as much as I would not want myself or any of my staff being called out on another Amino-its not going to happen here.
These posts can also be classed as off-topic depending on what this is about. Comparing Aminos does have some relativity though, it is debatable post/chat.
‘But I don’t like the Amino...’
If you don't agree with how an Amino runs or what they do, then all we can suggest is to simply leave. Find another community you prefer and that one.
If you don't want to leave, why not talk to their staff? They may answer some question of your and you may alter your understanding of why they operate like they do.
I am sure that they will try to you back and if not, is it worth still being in that community? Also, patience is needed with messages. Staff are not robots who are on 24/7, give them time to reply before jumping to conclusions!
I also wanted to emphasize that calling out an Amino in another community can be awfully hypocritical of s. You want an Amino to act a certain way and give you more respect. Then talk to them and do not bad mouth them behind their backs. Virtual life is very similar to real life. Doing this just doesn't get you the answers/reactions you may want.
This PSA was not made to target or single out any !
Staff have simply agreed we want to have a community that is more positive focus and less focusing on other Aminos, that we have no affiliation with at all. So, please as the majority of you always do, follow the [Guidelines] and do not be afraid to ask questions!
I will be here (and other staff) to reply and answer anything needed!
Also a note: any posts made before March 6th 2019 will NOT be affected by the [Guidelines] and no enforcement will be needed. This is because the PSA and Guideline updates was not done before this date.
