![5 Great 1.9 Levels-[IMG=R9O]

1.9 was an important time for Geometry Dash. I don't want to spoil the new features, but they were definitely revolutionary. These features were then incorporated into the many levels of 1.9, some of which were very memorable. Let's see what 5 of those levels are.
#1 Nine Circles
Nine Circles was a rather unique level when it came out. It used a song by Rukkus who wasn't so well known at the time and took advantage of the 4 colors feature. It's a real shame that many people started to copy this original idea. Zobros must have been very glad to make such an original level, only for the concepts of the levels to be overused repeatedly. Despite this, we did manage to get the hardest demon in the game which was Sonic Wave because of this level.
#2 Winle Day
Winle Day may have had a rather odd name, but it was on of the best fanmade 2.0 levels in 1.9. The level wasn't all that special, but I still really like it. The monsters' animations weren't too choppy, the custom ground looked great, and slow swing copter gameplay was used. This level probably rose the hype for 2.0 even more. I'd also wonder what it would look like today.
#3 Minecraft
Minecraft was a rather simplistic level, but I still think it was an important level in 1.9. The level took advantage of the 4 colors and manger to work well within the limits of 1.9. The level also introduced us to Detious Golden Haze if I'm not mistaken. Just like Winle Day, I want to see a recreation of this level nowadays. I don't even care if it's that blocky.
#4 Tetrix
Custom songs not only meant that people could add unique songs to their levels, but also meant that people could make their levels longer. Insendium was able to make a lot of XL levels back in 1.9, but the most memorable was probably Tetrix. The level was 3 minutes long and was basically the 1.9 equivalent of a travel level even if it was 3 minutes shorter. You need to keep in mind that the object limit back then was only 20,000. There was also no move triggers and object hacks were probably banned, so it was impressive that Insendium made a decent level with decoration that's 3 minutes long with only 20,000 objects.
#5 Cataclysm
Cataclysm probably wasn't the first Hell themed demon, but it was probably one of the best in my opinion. It brought to us At The Speed Of Light, which would then be used in various other demons. Not only was this red and black themed, but there was also some orange in the level! Most hell demons are just red and black nowadays and remind you of how overused the style is. Half of the extreme demons are Hell themed for all I know. ( Good luck on Niflheim by the way Xael.)
I'll probably do a similar post to this with 2.0, but there'll probably be more than just 5 levels as 2.0 had a lot to offer. You can thank the immense wait of 2.1 for that.
