#AlphaBetaChallenge (UPDATED RULES)

Hey guys, Illuzion here and today I got an idea. Hopefully a good one. (JustABath is still going on)

Notice: I changed some rules (Now you can have speed changes and custom songs. If you really want to you can change the level. Kuro pointed out some good things so I tweaked the rules a bit, and in turn I'll extend the due date. Sorry for any inconvenience)

So first off, this is neither an official challenge (one made by the moderation team) nor is it an alphabet challenge (lol) (It's a play on words like a game goes through beta, then alpha. Anyone get it?) there aren't going to be fancy titles or anything, (unless the mods from above allow it) but there is a reward, I suppose.

I made this because I know at least some of us (including me) either can't finish decorating/building a level/layout, or just can't decorate good enough (no offense) this is a way so people not as good at building can have a good chance of winning against those who can.

The challenge:

The challenge is to build a level ONLY using:

Blocks and deco from Stereo Madness and Back on Track.

Edit: (can be any song) (Kuro's request)

Only the older bg's and ground are allowed (1.9 and before)

Exceptions I will allow:

Color, alpha and pulse triggers

Black blocks (or whatever you call them)

Every portal in the game (Edit: Can use speed changes)

Every orb in the game

Colored variations of said blocks

Anything under the (edit) section (scale, 45 degree rotation, etc)

All pulsing deco

Edit: The 3x3 slopes and the black ones

(NO MORE RULE CHANGES FOR FORKS SAKE)

These exceptions are just to make the level somewhat more eye appealing, and to make decent level with a lot less effort compared to rate worthy ones, yet still look rate worthy at some point in time

There are 2 ways to win:

1: Make the best possible level you can.

From good gameplay to simple deco, try to make the greatest level to your ability. Don't worry, if you don't win there will be honorable mentions, so as long as you make a decent level, there will be in some way a shoutout-like thing

2. Make an extreme demon

As long as there's nothing like conical depression, if you can make a level with a good balance of difficulty and decoration, that'll be a second way to win. Just don't make it a combination of challenges and or cancerous straight flies. Going this route however will require you to allow copying so I can see the whole level. Secret ways are allowed. Just don't say you beat it legit if you didn't.

Rewards:

If mods allow:

Winner for the best level will receive the title: Beta or Delta

Winner for the extreme demon will receive the title: Alpha or Ultima

If mods don't allow:

Both winners can have an option of me making a pfp to their specifics (I'll try)

Me following them (and liking all their posts), GD friend request and of course they get to be the winners :P sorry, but I really don't know what else to offer.

Due date is now May 20th (give you guys some extra time) and submit it by using the title's hashtag. Hope some of you participate in this little challenge. (I know some of you are participating in the Star Wars challenge, so the due date is a week+ later and doesn't require the most amount of effort

To mods: If I could get some sort of confirmation about the titles that would be nice. (So I can confirm what rewards they get etc)
